Increase the Power Of Your Brain By Understanding How Your Brain Hemispheres Work And Doing Simple Exercises To Strengthen Your Mind
Because People's Brains Function Differently
by Ralph Zuranski
The right and left brain hemispheres have different abilities.
The left
brain hemisphere controls the right side of the body. It is the Home of logic, judgment, competition, mathematical and verbal skills and orientation in time. The right brain hemisphere controls
the left side of the body. It is the Home of emotions, creativity, intuition, music and orientation in space. It controls all the life support systems of the body.
The goal of the Brain Integration Program is to get both brain hemispheres working together in harmony.
A simple technique to
accomplish this amazing state of being is by joining your hands together. When you do this, the internal dialogue between your two brain hemispheres ceases. You become friends with yourself. This is
why prayer, where you clasp your hands together, is so effective in creating peace and calm almost immediately. When your brain is integrated and balanced, you become either a Bioman or
Biowoman, where "Bi" means two sides and "O" is the circle of completion. This state of being is where optimal performance in life and sports occurs spontaneously.
Historically, men have been more left brained than women, but that seems to be changing.
Both men and women now exhibit either a left
or right brain dominance. The abilities listed below are representative of the specific differences between the brain hemispheres and the sexes. Everyone uses both sides of their brain but most have a
certain preference for one side over the other. Women that are right brain dominant:
Are
more sensitive to pain.
Hear better.
Have a more conventional vocabulary.
Prefer blue to red, practical problems and individual tasks.
Demonstrate a
superior memory, cunning, dissimulation, compassion,
patience and tidiness.
Are more precise, but lacked breath and initiative of men, although
they did show amazing abilities within a limited range of focus.
Benefit greatly from the close support of a man.
Dislike the intellectual process of analysis.
Respond
better to all sensory stimuli, verbal exchange, personal
relationships and communication.
Are
more interested in people and faces.
Show greater command of language in pre-school years.
Spoke first words and short sentences earlier than boys.
Read earlier and mastered the building blocks of language like
grammar, punctuation and spelling before boys.
Are six times better able to sing in tune.
Notice small changes in volume.
See better in the dark.
Have better visual memory, a wider peripheral vision and more
receptor rods and cones in the retina.
React faster, more acutely to pain, but have a longer resistance to
long term discomfort that is greater than men's.
Have tactile senses that are greater. The least sensitive woman was
more sensitive than the most sensitive man.
Prefer sweet things, have better taste differentiation and their
sense of smell is more sensitive.
Pick up social clues better...nuances of meaning from tones of voice
and intensity for expression.
Are a
better judge of character.
Have a better memory for names and faces and sensitivity to other
peoples preferences as they age.
Can store more irrelevant and random information than men.
Males that are left brain dominant:
Have a greater strength of grip.
Are more sensitive to shrill whistle sounds.
Have a greater ability to work under pressure.
Prefer red to blue.
Have a more adventurous vocabulary.
Prefer abstract and general thought.
Are superior at solving
mazes.
Are 7% taller than women.
Have more of a mechanical aptitude. Twice as many men are at the top
of the scale.
Demonstrate superior hand-eye coordination necessary for sports
involving a moving ball.
Are able to
better imagine, alter and rotate an object in their
mind's eye.
Can construct block buildings from two-dimensional blueprints faster.
See patterns and abstract relationships better.
Are better
chess players and map-readers.
Stutter more and manifest other speech defects when young.
See better in bright light.
Have a
narrower field of vision resulting almost in mild tunnel
vision.
Concentrate better.
Have a better sense of perspective.
Need information organized into some coherent form so that it has
specific relevance to them.
